• Although most items will be delivered to you within 7 working days, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for any products

Charges and options

Standard Next Working Day UK Delivery Service (UK mainland only)

• A delivery charge of £6.50 (£7.64 inc. VAT) will be charged unless otherwise stated at checkout
• Delivery is usually made within 48 hours.
• Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
• Standard delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
• Orders placed after 4PM and over the weekend will be processed on the next working day.
• Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery information below.

Premium Delivery Services

• Premium delivery services such as delivery on a Saturday or next day delivery before 10AM, can be arranged at extra cost - please check the table below.
• Please check stock availability before organising a premium delivery
• You should order before 1PM to ensure your premium delivery arrives on time.
• We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas.

Remote Deliveries

• For remote areas, offshore and Northern Ireland please allow 3-4 days for delivery.
• A supplementary delivery cost for heavy equipment may apply.
• We cannot offer premium delivery options for remote areas.

International Deliveries

• For International Deliveries please allow 7-14 days for delivery.
• Maximum parcel weight is 25Kg.
• We are unfortunately unable to deliver to the United States or Canada.
• VAT & Customs Charges may apply.
• We cannot offer premium delivery options for international countries.
